Pros and cons of each branch of the military?

Well, Matt, each branch does have it's ups and downs. One of the most important factors, I think, is the ability to choose your job. The U.S. Navy and Army allow you to choose your job directly while the Marines and Air Force have you list 5 jobs you're interested in and they'll choose. Another one, is who will offer you more? Talk to a few recruiters from each branch and ask "what will you give me in benefits if I serve for this amount of terms?". Also, a lesser known fact, the Air Force has the best living quarters. I went to Scott Air Force base for a week and went to see how the airmen live. Even the all the sergeants and majors I've met tell me the Air Force have it well. I hope this will sate your curiosity.
